I have purchased 4 cars from here. However this business has terrible customer service and the employees of the business do not honor their word.There is a referral program where Cars2Sell advertises a $300 payment for referring customers who actually make purchases. Each time my husband ad I have had delays in receiving our payment but eventually receive it. This last time the business gave a check that was returned by their bank due to an issue on the business's end which caused me a $125 return fee. Mohmed from the business said he would replace it and here it is 2 weeks later no check and he is not responding to me. I feel as a repeat customer or a customer period there is a level of customer service and appreciation that should be delivered and Cars2Sell does not have this. Cars2Sell's negligence cost me money and their unwillingness to fix the issue is very disturbing. But here I am making them money. I will never refer anyone else to them. They have also lost a customer.

Great service, they are honest about what going on in the car . I recommend car 2 sell.

Best car-buying experience ever! My husband and I went car2 sell. We had an absolutely amazing experience at the dealership yesterday! A huge thank you to James, Larry, and Farris for going above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful, professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about finding us the perfect car at the best possible deal. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and worked with us every step of the way to make it happen. Hands down, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had! Went to test drive a car and called back a few days later asking for a breakdown of final price so I could bring a certified check for final amount. They never responded. I called back again and they asked if I was paying cash or financing and I said cash. I was told the manager was busy eating lunch and would call me back. They never called back probably because they weren’t making money on a financing scam. Very shady & unprofessional.
