Overall, my experience with this dealership has been a mix of positives and a couple challenges (Positives outweighs challenges). The purchasing process itself was straightforward, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced several mechanical issues that required attention. While that was certainly frustrating, I understand that unexpected problems can happen with any pre-owned vehicle. (Always buy an extended warranty on a used car! It very important, a couple of my issues are covered under warranty) My biggest area of feedback is communication and follow-up from dealership. There were times when I felt updates could have been more proactive, and better communication would have gone a long way in easing my concerns throughout the process. That said, I also believe it's important to recognize when a business is making an effort to do the right thing. As of now, the dealership has my vehicle in their service department and is actively evaluating options to reach a resolution that works for both parties. I appreciate that they are taking the situation seriously rather than ignoring it (Which is a huge plus on this dealerships behalf), and at this point I am happy with the direction things are moving. I'll of course update my review for future shoppers once everything is finalized, but for now I wanted to provide an honest assessment. There is definitely room for improvement in communication and follow-up (After Purchase), but I also appreciate the dealership's willingness to work toward a fair resolution, this does show a fair level of care with the work they do. I do recommend this dealership as an option for purchasing a used car, they have tons of options that help everyones needs.

Big fan of the car salespeople. However, I bought a black WRX from them and I was told it had no issues. I know a good bit about cars and it had some mods so I expected minor work has been done and I accepted a small amount of risk, however, I was told it’d pass inspection and it shouldn’t have any real issues. The car got back from inspection and I was told, and I quote, “you were scammed BAD.” By the mechanic who looked at it. It ran good and I didn’t feel any issues but he said the turbo didn’t work and made no boost, the motor is shot, suspension is shot and messed up. The cars motor is bad and many other issues. I now am looking at close to 6k in repairs on a 9k dollar car. Thankfully, I purchased a warranty with Level 3 coverage so it should cover most of, if not all of it. Im going to update this in a few weeks and will charge it to a higher review if this all gets sorted out. I do not blame the salesman or salespeople. My good pal sold me the car and I genuinely believe he had no idea it had any issues, however, this car should not have been sold in this condition. I’ll update this in a few weeks. Edit: it has been a few weeks since I got my car back from them and I noticed more issues with the car that wasn’t at fault by them but the car still is just in bad shape. The AC blows hot air and the AC compressor makes a loud rattling noise in the engine. However, they fixed my issues with the car that I pointed out and it passed inspection. So I thank them for that. They did what they were supposed to do and im sure if I brought the car back and said the ac compressor needs to be replaced, they’d do that as well for me. I just haven’t got in contact because I don’t want to not have my car for a period of time again. They did what they were supposed to, and I am thankful my car can now run and drive safely and it passed inspection in PA. Thank You Car2Sell.
