Overall good experience. We did go in later in evening. It took a very long time to complete the transaction, however, they were busy and I don't fault them for that. In the end, we got it done with them staying well passed closing time to complete. My only frustration was not being contacted to let us know the license plates were in. I called numerous times to find out, before finally reaching a person. Overall good experience, service and fair pricing. Would recommend

Andre was attentive and helpful. The whole process took longer than it should have, clocking in at just under 5 hours. Beware the hidden fees. The advertised price on CarsGuru is $2-5k less than what they try to charge in the room. Typical haggling process. Never fun. In the end, the car is great and the pricing worked out ok. Maybe all dealerships are this way. I don’t want to find out. Andre is great though. The finance guy was less than great.
